Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

 

We offer a variety of domestic and international shipping options.  In stock items typically ship within 2 business (M-F) days after your order.  Peak season demand can extend lead-times up to 5 business days.  If you want to know if something is in stock or how long it will take please give us a call or send us an email prior to ordering.

 

Shipping time and order processing time are not the same thing.  Selecting an expedited freight method doesn't ensure that your order will ship any faster...just that it will spend less time in transit once it does ship.  We do our best to get those orders out quickly, but its not guaranteed.  Please give us a call prior to ordering if you have questions.  

 

 

 

Shipping charges for any item or order can be estimated without placing an order.  Simply add the item(s) to your cart and then click on the VIEW CART link at the top of the page.  Underneath your items is a link titled "ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAX".  Click the link and enter in your shipping address to see the various freight options we have available. 

 

 

 

Domestic orders are usually shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex.  We may substitute a different provider (within a given service level ie 3 day for 3 day or overnight for overnight) of our choice for any given order.  If you utilize a PO Box, please provide your physical address on line 2 of the address so we can choose appropriately based on the carrier, failure to do so may cause a delay in your order shipping out.

 

 

 

International shipping is most often via the USPS.  We offer First Class Mail on shipments under 4 lbs as well as International Priority Mail on any order.

 

Tax

We currently only charge sales tax on orders shipping to addresses in Washington State.  If you reside outside of Washington, the cart will remove sales tax as soon as you enter in your shipping address. 

 

Pick Ups

 

All sales are via this website or telephone.  We don't offer pick ups at this time.

 

 

Returns Policy

Fish Strike Fishing is 100% committed to customer satisfaction.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return new condition merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling) for up to 45 days after the ship date.  Returns after 45 days may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.  

If an item is mis-shipped by us, defective or damaged in shipping we will provide a prepaid return label.  In all other instances the buyer is responsible for return freight using the carrier or your choice.

If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us within 5 days of receipt so that we may file an insurance claim with the freight carrier.   

 

Warranty

Fish Strike Fishing offers a lifetime manufacturer defect warranty on all of our welded products.  This doesn't include, loss, theft, abuse, misuse etc...but if it fails in its intended purpose you can send it back and we will repair or replace it.  This warranty doesn't extend to normal wear items like rod holder rubber caps or rubber inserts.

The Fish Strike Fish Alarm has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item to us and we will return it after it is repaired or replaced.
